UGC with Lisa is a brand name (DBA) operated by Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC, a Delaware LLC based in San Francisco, California. The LLC also operates Yoga with Lisa under a separate brand. Questions about this policy can go to contact@ugcwithlisa.com.
2. What Information We Collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you reach out through this site, that typically means your name, email address, and company or brand name, along with whatever you include in your message. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to respond to you.
Like most websites, this one may also collect basic technical data automatically, things like which browser you're using, which pages you visited, and a general sense of where in the world you're browsing from. This happens at an aggregate level and isn't tied to you personally.
3. How We Use Your Information
Simply put: to get back to you. If you email or submit an inquiry, we use your contact details to respond and, if a collaboration moves forward, to stay in touch about the project. We don't sign you up for anything, and we don't send marketing emails to people who didn't ask for them.
4. Third-Party Tools
Running a small business means using outside tools. We use standard email for correspondence, Calendly if you book a call, basic web analytics to understand site traffic, and cloud storage to share project files with clients. Each of those services has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data on their end. We don't control that, but we'll always be upfront about the tools we use if you ask.
5. We Don't Sell Your Data
Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC does not sell, share, or hand off your personal information to any third party for commercial gain. That's not something we do.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We hold onto your contact details for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry or complete the project you hired us for. After that, we don't have a reason to keep it. You can request that we delete your information at any point by reaching out directly (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send an email to contact@ugcwithlisa.com with "Data Request" in the subject line and we'll take care of it.
If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you additional privacy rights. We respect those and will honor them when you reach out.
8. A Note on Age
This site is built for adults and business professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think that's happened by mistake, let us know right away at contact@ugcwithlisa.com.
9. Updates to This Policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever something changes. Continuing to use this site after an update means you're okay with the revised version.
