2. Who We Are

3. What We Do
UGC with Lisa creates content for brands, plain and simple. That includes short-form video in formats like product demos, testimonials, b-roll with voiceover, greenscreen, skit style, and more. It also includes UGC photography and written content like captions. Each project is scoped individually with its own deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
4. Who Owns the Content
All content created by Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC stays the property of Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC until the project is paid in full and a license is granted. Once payment clears, you receive a license to use the content as outlined in your project agreement. That could be organic use only, paid ads, a set time window, specific platforms, or some combination. If you want to use the content in a way that wasn't part of the original agreement, just reach out and we'll work something out.
This also applies to gifted and product-exchange collaborations. No payment doesn't mean no ownership structure. Content rights for those arrangements are agreed to in writing before anything gets filmed or produced.
5. Results Are Not Guaranteed
We put real work into every piece of content we create, and we care about doing it well. But we can't promise specific performance numbers. Views, ROAS, conversions, follower growth, and sales numbers depend on a lot of factors that aren't in our control, including platform algorithms, your ad spend, your targeting, and your audience. What we can guarantee is quality work and honest communication throughout.
6. Liability
Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages related to content we created or this website. If there's ever a dispute over a specific project, our liability is capped at the amount paid for that project.
7. Using This Website
The videos, photos, text, and branding on ugcwithlisa.com belong to Lisa Eshun-Wilson and Associates, LLC. Please don't reproduce or use any of it without written permission. And please don't use this site to do anything illegal or disruptive.
8. Outside Links
Some links on this site go to third-party tools like Calendly, payment portals, or social platforms. We're not responsible for what happens on those sites. They're just there for your convenience.
9. Governing Law
California law governs these terms and any issues that come up from using this site or working with UGC with Lisa. The LLC was formed in Delaware, but our work and client relationships are rooted in California. Any legal disputes would be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County.
10. Updates
If something on this page changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you're fine with the revised version.
