For Brands

New to UGC? Here's exactly how working together works.

From the first contract to renewing based on real results — a plain-language walkthrough of the process, plus answers to the questions brands ask most before getting started.

The Process

8 Steps
01

Contract & SOW

We sign a contract and Statement of Work that spells out deliverables, timeline, revisions, usage rights, and payment terms before anything goes into production.

02

Script Writing

I write scripts and hooks tailored to your brand voice, product, and the specific angle we agreed on, then send them over for your review.

03

Script Approval

You review the script and either approve it or request edits. Nothing is filmed until the script is signed off, so there are no surprises on shoot day.

04

Filming & Editing

I film and edit the content to match the approved script, your brand guidelines, and the specs of the platform it's headed to.

05

Approval & Revisions

You review the edited draft. Any revisions included in the SOW are made at this stage until the content is fully approved.

06

Ad Distribution

Approved content goes live, whether that's whitelisted paid ads, organic posting, or handed off to your team to run through your own channels.

07

Stats Collection

Once content is live, performance data is gathered — ROAS, CTR, hook rate, and any other metrics that matter for your campaign.

08

Impression Analysis & Renewal

We look at what the numbers say together, which angles and hooks actually worked, and you have the option to renew with an updated, results-driven strategy for the next round.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the whole process take?+
Timelines depend on scope and revision rounds, but most single-video projects move from contract to final delivery within one to two weeks. Larger campaigns with multiple concepts take longer — exact timelines are laid out in the SOW.
How many revisions are included?+
The number of included revision rounds is defined upfront in the SOW so both sides know what to expect. Additional rounds beyond that can be added if needed.
Who owns the content and what are the usage rights?+
Usage rights — organic use, paid whitelisting, duration, and platforms — are spelled out in the contract before filming starts, so it's clear from day one where and how long you can run the content.
What do you need from me to get started?+
A brief on the product, brand voice, target audience, and campaign goal. If you have brand guidelines, past-performing content, or a specific angle in mind, that helps too, but I can also help shape the concept from scratch.
Do you handle ad distribution, or just create the content?+
Both are available. I can hand off final files for your team to run, or the content can be whitelisted so it's posted from your own ad accounts — whichever fits your workflow.
Do you help analyze how the content performed?+
Yes. Once content has run, we review the stats together — ROAS, CTR, and other relevant metrics — and talk through what that means for the next round of content.
Can we renew or run another round after the campaign?+
Absolutely. That's built into the process — after reviewing results, we put together an updated strategy based on what actually worked, rather than starting from scratch.
How do we get started?+
Reach out with a bit about your brand and what you're looking to create, and we'll go from there.
